Casualty trailer appears to confirm shock death and fans are terrified
Ahead of the final episode of Casualty’s latest boxset, a new trailer has been revealed teasing the death of a character – and it’s left fans incredibly stressed.
The mini series, titled Learning Curve, has focused on the introduction of resident doctors Matty Linklater (Aron Julius) and Kim Chang (Jasmine Bayes).
Just before the new boxset was launched, a trailer dropped on social media hinting at the drama ahead. It confirmed some Holby ED favourites will attend the funeral of someone they know, with the likes of Stevie Nash (Elinor Lawless), Flynn Byron (Olly Rix) and Rash Masum (Neet Mohan) all going along.
The fact that Stevie was standing beside the coffin sparked speculation she will lose someone close to her – and a new teaser appears to fuel this theory.
In the clip, Stevie is seen holding a devastated Faith Cadogan (Kirsty Mitchell). Seconds later, we hear Iain Dean (Michael Stevenson) saying that if the team needs to save one, they need to ‘save her’.

Given Faith is pregnant with Iain’s child, will her life be in jeopardy as she goes into labour?
Towards the end of the trailer, Faith’s son Luka says ‘if she dies, it’s because of you’. It comes seconds before we return to the funeral scene, with Faith’s best friend Stevie stood beside the coffin looking absolutely broken.
Has this more or less confirmed Faith will die?
Taking to the comments section of the Instagram post sharing the trailer, fans of the BBC One medical drama are fearing for what lies ahead.
‘I have a feeling it’s going to be Faith’, this user wrote.
Another lover of the show said: ‘I’d be heartbroken if Faith dies. Like her so much’.

This Casualty fan echoed all of our thoughts and wrote: ‘Can we leave Iain and Faith alone for a little while please’.
So real.
This person shared their fear regarding Faith but Kim as well, as she also appears to be in danger during the final episode. ‘If it’s faith, I’m going Hulk Mad because she’s my favourite nurse after Charlie and Duffy.
They added ‘Of course I would be sad for Kim because she deserves so much to have a good life but Faith has been around longer.’

The Learning Curve boxset has seen fans discover that newcomer Matty is Dylan Keogh’s (William Beck) long-lost son, while Kim has been secretly fighting an eating disorder alongside working at the hospital.
Elsewhere, Siobhan McKenzie (Melanie Hill) has been at the centre of a powerful storyline which has seen her try and move forward after being raped by a man while walking home from her shift.
Also, Holby ED has been feeling the pressure following a sudden inspection. Keeping a watchful eye over them has been CQC team member Ceri, who revealed reduancies would be implemented if the staff failed the next inspection.
It lead to Rida Amaan (Sarah Seggari) telling Flynn to put her name on the list of voluntary reducancies, not wanting any of her colleagues and friends to lose their jobs.
