A Night Of Rescues, Secrets, And Family Fallout
General Hospital spoilers for Saturday, June 6, 2026, tease a dramatic episode packed with emotional reveals, dangerous choices, and one confession that could change Phoebe’s future forever.
Ethan Finally Tells The Truth

At Alexis Davis’ office, Ethan Lovett can no longer dodge the past. After Alexis shows him a photo of himself with Delilah Wilson, Ethan admits they once shared a brief romance that led to Delilah’s pregnancy.
Ethan explains that he never planned to abandon the situation. He intended to meet Delilah in Port Charles, but delays and tragedy changed everything. By the time he arrived, Delilah was gone, and Phoebe was already being cared for by Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Harrison Chase.
For Ethan, the truth is painful but clear: he believes Phoebe is his daughter.
Still, he insists he is not trying to disrupt her life. In fact, Ethan believes Phoebe already has the parents she needs in Chase and Brook Lynn. That is why he asks Alexis to arrange a closed adoption and allow him to sign away his parental rights.
Alexis agrees to prepare the paperwork, but she warns Ethan that secrets rarely stay buried in Port Charles. Someone else may already suspect the truth — and Ava Jerome could become a major problem.
Brook Lynn And Chase Face A Marriage Test
Meanwhile, tension explodes at the Quartermaine estate after Tracy catches Chase and Willow in what she believes is a suspiciously intimate moment.
Chase insists nothing happened and that Willow is only a friend, but Tracy is not convinced. She orders him to pack his bags and warns that lawyers may soon be involved.
Brook Lynn arrives and hears both sides. Though Chase tries to reassure her, the situation leaves visible cracks in her confidence. Willow’s offer to make Chase her chief of staff only makes matters worse, especially since it would place them in each other’s orbit even more.
Brook Lynn says she is fine, but her face tells a very different story.
Nina Warns Willow Before It Is Too Late
At home, Nina immediately notices Willow’s bright mood and connects it to Chase.
When Willow reveals she offered him a job, Nina warns her that the move could create scandal, damage her public image, and cause personal heartbreak. Willow insists she knows what she is doing, but Nina fears her daughter is walking straight into emotional disaster.
Sonny Turns Pascal Against Sidwell
At the coffee warehouse, Sonny, Laura, and Lucas put pressure on Pascal.
With Sidwell now suspicious of him, Pascal has few options. Sonny offers him money and a way out of the country, but only if he helps retrieve the blackmail photos and negatives hidden inside a Wyndemere safe.
Pascal gives up the combination, leaving Lucas to take on the dangerous task of entering Wyndemere himself.
Cassius Saves Josslyn — But His Loyalty Wavers
At Wyndemere, Josslyn’s life takes another dangerous turn when Sidwell threatens her after her escape attempt. Cassius steps in before the situation can turn fatal, making it clear that harming Josslyn would end his partnership with Sidwell.
Josslyn quietly drops her ring, hoping someone will find it and realize she is being held there.
Later, she urges Cassius to walk away from Sidwell and seek immunity through the WSB. He refuses, but his hesitation suggests her words may have reached him.
Port Charles Heads Toward A Bigger Explosion

Ethan’s confession, Chase and Brook Lynn’s fragile marriage, Willow’s risky bond with Chase, Pascal’s betrayal, and Josslyn’s desperate clues are all pushing Port Charles toward chaos.
By the end of Saturday’s episode, one thing is clear: the truth is no longer buried.
It is moving closer to the surface.
