Lewis Barton (Bradley Riches), who arrived in the Dales last year as the long-lost brother of Ross Barton (Michael Parr), has been trying to build a new life in the village.
Since settling in, Lewis has become a familiar face at the local café, found love with Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson), and even begun to uncover the truth about his complicated family history — including the bombshell revelation that Kev Townsend (Chris Coghill) is his biological father.
But just as things finally seemed to be falling into place, Lewis’s world is violently turned upside down.
